Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or other technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems modernization.
• Proficiency in Rust and Python; strong mathematical background.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define and influence the direction of a small team with target tracking/state estimation expertise.
• Architect, maintain, and evolve complex software systems for real-time performance.
• Prototype and deploy state-of-the-art tracking and sensor fusion algorithms.
• Develop high-performance Rust software for real-time and simulation environments.
