KeyCorp is seeking a Real Time Payments & Wire Transfer Services specialist to provide production support, investigate and schedule payments, and guide the team on RTP and wire processing using Dovetail. You will act as a subject matter expert, handling escalations and training colleagues.

This hybrid role located in Brooklyn, Ohio involves researching wire requests, communicating with partners and clients about status, and improving processes while ensuring compliance with internal procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of payment processing and regulatory requirements.
• Experience delivering client-facing results with SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Research wire requests and coordinate with partners and clients.
• Review and escalate wire and RTP issues; manage investigations.
• Respond to inquiries about wire transactions and status.
• Improve processes and reporting; support training for staff.
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
