Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time multimodal transit operations and coordinate responses to incidents.
• Maintain communications with operations, maintenance, and engineering staff.
• Analyze system alerts and logs to support troubleshooting and service recovery.
• Prepare operational reports and assist in incident management and safety actions.
