Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of transit/operational experience.
• Experience with CAD/AVL, SCADA, EAM systems, and related monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time technical conditions across multimodal transit operations (Bus, Rail).
• Maintain communications with Operators, Supervisors, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
• Record, track, and coordinate fault reports in the EAM system; support troubleshooting.
• Respond to alarms, outages, or incidents; coordinate across ROC and field teams.
• Update service impacts to passengers via digital channels and PA systems.
• Prepare operational logs and reports on system performance and incidents.
