Job summary

Regional Transportation District (RTD) seeks a hard-working specialist to monitor real-time conditions across Bus, Light Rail and Commuter Rail, coordinating with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams. You will manage fleet health data, alerts, and service disruptions to ensure safe and reliable passenger service.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, familiarity with CAD/AVL, SCADA, CCTV and asset management tools, plus effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Customer Experience, or Transportation disciplines.
• Minimum of four years in transit operations or related field with technical dispatching/maintenance coordination.
• Experience with CAD/AVL, SCADA, EAM or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate real-time multimodal transit operations.
• Maintain communications and coordinate responses during normal and incidents.
• Update passenger information systems and service alerts to customers.
