• 2–4 years of professional experience in client-facing service.
• Warm, steady voice with clarity under pressure.
• Strong pattern recognition and triage instincts.

• High attention to detail and calm in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all live client communication channels in real time.
• Own a defined subset of inbound emails with care guidance, materials questions, and specs.
• Deliver a calm, hospitality-forward experience.
• Triage inbound emails quickly and route per processes.
• Provide brand-appropriate guidance with proper tone.
• Escalate when deeper product expertise is needed.
• Develop deep understanding of Maiden Home products over time.
