Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury furnishings, interior design, or similar A&D client-facing role.
• Strong existing network of trade and interior designers.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a book of business.
• Hospitality-driven client service mindset.
• Confident communicator with strong organization and follow-up habits.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed significant individual sales targets while contributing to showroom goals.
• Plan and execute activations and events to drive revenue and build brand awareness.
• Manage the full client lifecycle, from first touch through purchase and post-sale follow-up.
• Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with residential and trade clients.
• Deliver elevated, tailored experiences to walk-in and appointment-based clients.
• Serve as product and brand expert, guiding clients towards solutions that align with their aesthetic, functional, timeline, and budget needs.
• Stay fluent in product knowledge, customization options, and care recommendations.
• Work closely with Client Services and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and a seamless client experience.
• Maintain showroom standards and proactively contribute to a clean, inspiring environment.
• Adapt in real time to a fast-paced, client-first retail environment.
