Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Logistics Clerk to monitor and balance DC operations, perform real-time data analysis, and support fleet and driver managers. You will coordinate routes, schedules, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day distribution flows.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and effective communication with drivers and shift leads in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Multi-Tasking under fast paced conditions.
• Preferable 1-3 years plus of direct high volume logistics or shipping experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s

Responsibilities

• Real time analysis and balance of DC Logistics (Transfer) Operations.
• Coordinate and transfer tasks for the transfer crew.
• Maintain routes and Transfer Driver schedules.
• Support OB Logistics Manager, Fleet Manager and Driver Manager as needed.
• Provide administrative support for the Logistics Department.
• Monitor DOT data and report to Fleet Operations Managers.
• Coordinate communication with drivers entering facility.
• May provide routine information to less experienced staff.
