Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support real time analysis and balance of Shipping Operations. The role involves monitoring productivity, documenting metrics, and assisting the Shipping Manager to ensure readiness of the production crew.

Candidates should have high school diploma, strong communication, multi-tasking, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Prior warehouse and administrative experience is preferred, with an 18+ age requirement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proactive communication and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Experience in warehouse environment.
• Experience in an administrative role.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform real time analysis and balance of Shipping Operations.
• Collect and record productivity numbers and report to Shipping Manager.
• Monitor attendance and resolve interface issues with host system and WMS.
• Provide administrative support to Shipping Manager/Lead.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Shipping technology.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
• Support Shipping Manager/Leads as needed.
