Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of CDL or transportation experience may substitute the degree.
• Supervisory/management experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Working knowledge of DOT HOS rules and transportation regulations.
• Geographic service areas and route planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation and driver operations in compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee company-owned and leased equipment, driver performance, yard and terminal operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Manage audits, compliance issues, and corrective action plans; drive operational efficiency and cost management.
