Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of CDL or transportation experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated supervisory/management experience in transportation or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation and driver operations while ensuring DOT compliance.
• Oversee company-owned and leased equipment, yard and terminal operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for timely, safe deliveries.
• Develop driver workforce and manage performance, promotions, and corrective actions.
• Monitor costs and continuously improve logistics efficiency.
