Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (10+ years of CDL or transportation experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• 10+ years in transportation or fleet operations preferred
• Knowledge of DOT HOS rules and transportation regulations
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Ability to work in transportation and yard environment

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation and driver operations to ensure safe, timely deliveries
• Oversee company-owned and leased equipment and driver performance
• Manage yard and terminal operations and coordinate with internal and external partners
• Ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and cost-effective delivery of goods
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and develop drivers as needed and manage performance
