Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Receiving Lead to oversee real-time analysis, coordination, and balance of Receiving Operations at the Aberdeen distribution center. You will allocate tasks, record inbound deliveries, and support reporting between the host system and WMS.

The role requires 3+ years of warehouse leadership, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, SAP, and Red Prairie. Excellent organizational abilities and weekend/evening flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.
• Strong attention to detail and data trends.

Responsibilities

• Record and report inbound deliveries.
• Support reporting and issue resolution with the WMS.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide admin support for Receiving Managers.
• Assist put-away and unloading operations.
• Work under direct supervision of the DC Receiving Managers.
• Follow standard policies and procedures with potential for decision-making.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
