IEHP seeks an Engineer I - Integrated Operations to monitor, triage, and respond to alerts across Windows, Linux, Cisco networks, and application performance tools. You will partner with ITSM and engineering teams to uphold uptime and service continuity.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, scripting, and collaboration, with a focus on maintaining reliable IT services for our members and internal stakeholders.

Formación

• 2+ years operational support experience in monitoring environments.
• Experience design/administration of monitoring products.
• Experience with scalable environments monitoring and config management.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Real-time monitoring, alert response, and first-level triage for IEHP’s Windows and Linux servers, Cisco network, and AP monitoring.
• Coordinate with ITSM and engineering teams for escalations to ensure uptime.
• Support enterprise monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, ElasticSearch) and improve alerting.
• Contribute to DevOps and SRE practices and promote industry best practices.
