The role focuses on operational visibility, using tools like Dynatrace and Elastic Search to ensure service continuity and performance across IEHP's enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operational support experience.
• Design/administration of monitoring products.
• Monitoring and configuration management for scalable environments.
• Basic Python and PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time systems and respond to alerts.
• Provide first-level triage across Windows/Linux servers, network, and apps.
