Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is seeking an Engineer I - Integrated Operations to monitor and triage Windows and Linux servers, networks, and applications, ensuring uptime and performance. You will use SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Elastic Search to detect issues, perform initial triage, and coordinate with ITSM and engineering teams for escalations.

Qualifications

• Two years of operational support experience required.
• Design/administration of monitoring products and systems.
• Monitoring/configuration management for scalable environments.
• Basic scripting with Python and PowerShell.
• DevOps and SRE practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Real-Time Monitoring & Alert Response for Windows and Linux servers and infrastructure.
• Interpret logs and surface recurring issues for engineering review.
• Escalate incidents based on severity and runbooks.
• Maintain operational readiness across on-premises and cloud environments.
