You will work in a 24/7 CSOC environment, triaging alerts, drafting incident notifications, and coordinating with security teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in security operations, intelligence, emergency management, or related field.
• Ability to quickly review large volumes of information and identify time-sensitive details.
• Strong written communication to summarize fast-moving situations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time, all-source monitoring of global security events to identify incidents and risks
• Triage alerts and extract actionable details affecting employees, facilities, or activities
• Provide initial situational awareness and context for security incidents
• Draft and disseminate incident notifications and updates per procedures
• Maintain logs and escalation for continuity and after-action reviews
• Collaborate with security partners to ensure consistent information sharing
• Support 24/7/365 monitoring including night/weekend shifts
