Jack Link's is seeking an FSQ Raw Manager to lead upstream biological, process, and supplier risk controls before they propagate into downstream or RTE operations.

The role requires owning HACCP plans, monitoring CCPs in real time, and driving corrective actions to ensure plant safety and OEE stability. Strong analytical and floor leadership skills are essential in this fast-paced meat snack environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FSQ experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong HACCP and process control expertise.
• Experience in protein/raw environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and floor leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Own HACCP plans across raw processes and ensure CCPs are monitored in real time.
• Audit operator understanding and compliance; drive corrective actions.
• Oversee process control and variability reduction (grinding, mixing).
• Manage raw-to-RTE containment and sanitation alignment to prevent contamination.
