Job summary

IC Resources seeks a Software Engineering Manager on the South Coast to lead a team of expert engineers in real-time embedded software development, optimization, and testing across multiple architectures.

You will drive full lifecycle embedded software development, establish scalable processes, and champion CI/CD practices, planning, and tracking tools while fostering growth and high performance. A hybrid work model with on-site days is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Extensive experience in full lifecycle embedded software development.
• Experience with high-throughput, real-time software.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and development planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in development, optimization, and testing of real-time embedded software across architectures.
• Develop and refine software engineering methodologies, processes, and design techniques.
• Coordinate integration of wireless signal processing on heterogeneous architectures.
• Support growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
