Job summary

IC Resources seeks a Software Engineering Manager on the South Coast to lead a team of expert engineers in real-time embedded software development, optimization, and testing across multiple architectures.

You will drive full lifecycle embedded software development, establish scalable processes, and champion CI/CD practices, planning, and tracking tools while fostering growth and high performance. A hybrid work model with on-site days is required.

Job description

Software Engineering Manager required on the South Coast to lead a team of expert software engineers in the development, optimization, and testing of real-time software implementations across various architectures.

I am seeking a proven leader and people manager with demonstrable skills in leading high performance teams coupled with a deep knowledge of full-lifecycle embedded software development for high-throughput applications.

The Software Engineering Manager will be spearheading the development of our clients software engineering methodologies, processes, and design techniques. You will be working in a multi-disciplinary engineering team leading the integration of wireless communication signal processing implementations on heterogenous architectures. Suitable applicants will have a track record of developing and testing embedded or high-performance computing software solutions, proven ability to turn abstract concepts in to actionable steps, expertise in CI/CD workflow, development planning, and tracking tools and an understanding of wireless communications fundamentals.

As a manager you will work with your team leaders to develop a high performance team, supporting professional growth, career development and knowledge sharing.
