Job summary

JSX is seeking an OCC Coordinator to monitor real-time flight activity, coordinate recovery during irregular operations, and keep crews and partners well informed. You’ll support FBO communications and ensure a seamless experience for charter customers while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, airline ops knowledge, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to coordinate with flight crews and airport teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aviation ops software.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making during disruptions.
• Professional demeanour under pressure and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time flight activity and schedules across the JSX network.
• Coordinate recovery actions during delays, cancellations, and disruptions.
• Communicate timely updates to Crewmembers and stakeholders.
• Support communication with FBOs for private charter operations.
• Maintain records of activity and ensure regulatory compliance.
