Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking an AV Specialist to act as the real-time, human point of contact for Riders across the Uber platform in Phoenix, AZ.

The role focuses on ride information, troubleshooting, and guiding riders through next steps during service disruptions or emergencies. You will support development of scalable operational processes and tools, while working 40 hours/week with required weekend and evening shifts.
