Moove in Phoenix seeks an AV Service Advisor to bridge Field Operations and Maintenance, ensuring maximum fleet uptime through precise triage and documentation.

You will orchestrate service workflows, validate technician notes, and enforce safety standards while balancing urgent repairs with long-term fleet health. This role supports 24/7 autonomous vehicle operations with strong cross-shift communication.

Flexibility across AM, PM, and night shifts is required to cover 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive service advising, fleet maintenance coordination, or dealership service operations.
• High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary automotive tech or related studies a plus.
• Experience or aptitude with triage, RCA, and collaboration with technicians.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and maintenance for service requests.
• Lead technical triage of vehicles returning from field operations to maximize uptime.
• Balance routine PMs with urgent repairs to optimize depot throughput.
• Collaborate with operations to expedite vehicles ready for service without unnecessary intervention.
• Perform root cause analyses and develop long-term mitigations.
• Oversee work-order lifecycles and ensure precise, complete entries.
• Monitor vehicle histories to spot failure patterns and trends.
• Provide feedback to technicians to improve repair accuracy and shop processes.
• Lead inter-shift handovers with thorough reporting and KPI monitoring.
