Job summary

Synertex LLC is seeking a Training and Development Specialist at Fort Shafter, HI. The role designs and delivers asset management training to installation personnel to support IMCOM Real Property Asset Management, building workforce capability for accurate property records and audit-ready processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in asset management functions, including at least 5 years supporting IMCOM.
• Expertise developing and delivering asset management training to a wide audience.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop training curricula and materials on real property asset management processes and standards.
• Deliver training sessions to installation staff and other stakeholders.
• Assess training needs and effectiveness, adjusting content and delivery as required.
• Coordinate with Program Managers to align training with process improvement efforts.
• Maintain training documentation to support audit readiness requirements.
