• Strong understanding of asset management in defense contexts.

Responsibilities

• Direct all program activities related to real property record validation and audit readiness at the installation.
• Manage engagement budget, staffing, schedule, and deliverable quality.
• Serve as primary client-facing liaison with IMCOM leadership and installation stakeholders.
• Oversee cross-functional teams of consultants, analysts, and training specialists.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues affecting program delivery and milestones.
• Report program status, metrics, and outcomes to firm leadership and the client.
