Job summary

This role provides analytical foundations for data-driven decisions aligned with audit readiness goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of data analytics experience, strong communication with stakeholders, and familiarity with asset-management environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience performing data analytics for financial and asset management functions, including at least 4 years of direct experience supporting IMCOM.
• Expertise reviewing and analyzing large, complex populations and data sets to support business decisions.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration; and/or a related certification (e.g., SAFe).
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real property data sets to identify discrepancies, trends, and root causes of data quality issues.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support program decision-making.
• Support data cleansing, validation, and correction activities in coordination with Management Consultants.
• Present analytical findings clearly to program leadership and installation stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of data analysis methods and results to support audit readiness.
