Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. This onsite role involves validating records, assembling documentation, and preparing reports at assigned garrisons and Installation Directorates.

You will perform data entry, review GFEBS records, and prepare space allocation memoranda for RPAO approval, contributing to weekly validation and monthly status reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated analytical writing ability and attention to documentary detail.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; and/or related certification (CPA, CDFM, CGFM, or PMP). 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Support physical inventory documentation and PIMD Worksheet completion.
• Assemble Facility Information Folder contents against the Supporting Documentation Checklist.
• Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
• Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
