Job summary

Thompson Gray is seeking a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. The role involves validating property records, assembling documentation, and producing reports at assigned garrisons and Directorates.

You will perform data entry, review GFEBS data for discrepancies, and help prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval, contributing to weekly and monthly status reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated analytical writing ability and attention to documentary detail.

Responsibilities

• Support physical inventory documentation and PIMD Worksheet completion.
• Assemble Facility Information Folder contents against the Supporting Documentation Checklist.
• Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
• Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
