Job summary

Thompson Gray is seeking a Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. The role focuses on asset record validation, documentation assembly, and reporting at assigned garrisons and Installation Directorates.

You will perform data entry, quality checks on digitized records, and review GFEBS entries for discrepancies. This onsite role also includes preparing space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval and contributing to regular reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; and/or related certification (CPA, CDFM, CGFM, PMP). 4 additional years may be substituted.
• Clearance: No security clearance required; favorable NACI for CAC issuance.

Responsibilities

• Validate real property asset records and documentation.
• Complete physical inventory documentation and PIMD worksheets.
• Enter data and perform quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Update real property records including pooled space, rental objects, units of measure, and CATCODEs.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation and monthly status reports.
