Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. You will validate records, assemble documentation, and generate reports for garrisons and installation directorates.

Responsibilities include data entry, inventory validation, GFEBS reviews, and preparing memoranda for RPAO approval, with regular reporting duties and potential DoD real property work experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated analytical writing ability and attention to documentary detail.
• Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; and/or related certification. 4 additional years may be substituted.
• Clearance: No security clearance required; favorably adjudicated NACI for CAC issuance.

Responsibilities

• Support physical inventory documentation and PIMD Worksheet completion.
• Assemble Facility Information Folder contents against the Supporting Documentation Checklist.
• Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
• Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
