Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management in an onsite capacity. The role involves validating asset records, assembling documentation, and producing regular reports across garrisons and directorates.

Responsibilities include inventory documentation, data entry, GFEBS record reviews, space assignment memos, and contributing to weekly/monthly status reports, leveraging prior DoD real property experience where

Qualifications

Requires 2+ years of professional experience.
Demonstrated analytical writing and attention to detail.
Bachelor's/Master's in business, accounting, finance, political science or public administration; CPA/CDFM/CGFM/PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

Support physical inventory documentation and PIMD Worksheet completion.
Assemble Facility Information Folder contents against the Supporting Documentation Checklist.
Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
