Job summary

Thompson Gray is seeking a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. This onsite role focuses on property record validation, documentation assembly, and reporting at assigned garrisons and directorates.

You will perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records, review GFEBS entries for discrepancies, update CATCODEs and space data, and prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated analytical writing ability and attention to documentary detail.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's in listed fields; substitution allowed with related certification.
• Clearance: No security clearance required; favorable NACI for CAC issuance.

Responsibilities

• Support real property asset record validation and documentation at assigned garrisons and Installation Directorates.
• Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against documentation and record discrepancies.
• Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
