Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management and documentation at assigned garrisons. The role involves validating asset records, assembling files, and contributing to reporting efforts.

Responsibilities include data entry, PIMD workbook completion, GFEBS review, and preparing space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval. A BA/MA in business-related fields or related certifications are preferred, with DoD experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Analytical writing ability and attention to documentary detail.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business/Accounting/Finance/Public Admin or related certification; 4 extra years may substitute.
• No security clearance required; favorable NACI.
• Army/DoD real property inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate real property asset records and support documentation.
• Assemble and review files against checklists; input data and quality checks.
• Review GFEBS records and correct discrepancies.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation and monthly status reports.
