Thompson Gray is seeking a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. You will validate asset records, assemble documentation, and generate reports at assigned garrisons and Installation Directorates.

This role involves completing PIMD worksheets, assembling Facility Information Folder contents, data entry, GFEBS record review and updates, and preparing space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval, with ongoing weekly and monthly reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated analytical writing ability and attention to documentary detail.

Responsibilities

• Support real property asset record validation, documentation assembly, and reporting.
• Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
• Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
