Qualifications

• 1–3 years finance or valuation experience
• Strong Excel skills and analytical ability
• Excellent communication and writing skills preferred
• Willingness to travel for client work

Responsibilities

• Summarize and analyze financial data across entities, portfolios and properties.
• Conduct economic, market and property-level research.
• Develop valuation models using DCF, cap rate, sales comparison and cost approaches.
• Prepare narratives and client-ready reports.
• Maintain knowledge and CE requirements and participate in professional activities
