Lone Pine Associates Inc is seeking an Accountant to join a growing organization in real estate development, construction, and property management. This role focuses on accurate financial records, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement, with collaboration across leadership and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working in accounting systems and learning new software.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Post and reconcile transactions including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Assist with monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and GL tie-outs.
• Maintain schedules for assets, liabilities, loans, reserves, and owner-related activity.
• Support audits, lender reporting, and financial reviews.
• Process utility, telecom, and other invoices in accounts payable workflow.
