LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant for a holding company with a multi-site real estate operation. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of property accounting experience and will perform full-cycle accounting duties.

The role focuses on financial statement guidance, month-end close support, reconciliations, controls, and process improvements in a multi-location environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 1+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides financial statement guidance to Operations in multi-location environment.
• Reviews financial data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Assists in the month end close process.
• Completes balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Ensures that appropriate controls and compliance processes are followed.
• Makes recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Prepare schedules to ensure audit compliance.
• Prepares planned and ad-hoc reports.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of property accounting experience. This is a full-cycle accounting role.
