Job summary

Lone Pine Associates Inc seeks an Accountant to join a growing real estate development, construction, and property management organization. You will support the accounting function across multiple areas, ensuring accurate records, strong controls, and continuous process improvements using Yardi and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties.
• Process accounts payable and receivable; reconcile vendor statements and GL accounts.
• Support monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and audits.
• Assist with financial reporting and lender reporting as needed.
• Maintain schedules for assets, liabilities, and owner-related activity.
