Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Director, Consulting – Transformation, to lead real estate transformation engagements within the Consulting practice. The role requires 6–10 years of experience, strong data analytics, and ability to translate insights into client-ready solutions.

Location is hybrid across multiple US cities; the role focuses on portfolio strategy, workplace experience, and organizational design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Consulting, Real Estate, Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in real estate or real estate consulting with significant focus on transformation strategy, program leadership, and large-scale execution.
• Strong data analytics and ability to translate insights into client recommendations.
• Experience presenting to senior client leadership and delivering actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Support complex consulting engagements focused on enterprise real estate, facilities, and workplace transformation, leveraging delivery models and frameworks.
• Support presenting consulting deliverables to client executives.
• Be part of a project team driving large-scale transformation programs across portfolio strategy, workplace modernization, and organizational design.
• Translate strategic recommendations into practical execution plans across people, process, technology, and real estate dimensions.
• Conduct data analysis from surveys and interviews to inform recommendations.
• Deliver day-to-day project requirements on time and with high quality.
• Contribute to business development through client pursuits and thought leadership.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients and mentor junior staff.
