Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field.
• MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.
• 5–8 years of relevant CRE/real estate consulting experience.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and business case development skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Engagement leadership: Lead and manage multiple client engagements related to real estate strategy and transformation.
• Strategy development: Create real estate strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned to client goals.
• Client relationship management: Serve as day-to-day contact with mid-to-senior stakeholders.
• Team leadership: Coach and develop consultants and analysts; oversee workplans.
• Change management: Support organizational change during real estate transformation.
• Business development: Contribute to proposals, scoping and pricing for new engagements.
• Thought leadership: Contribute to frameworks and methodologies for CRE offerings.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with workplace design, technology, and project management teams.
