Job summary

PurchRock is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to manage all aspects of the real estate transaction process from contract to closing, collaborating with agents, clients, escrow companies, lenders, and inspectors.

This full-time, in-person role requires attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and the ability to coordinate offers, titles, appraisals, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate transaction management or coordination.
• Strong customer service and detail orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Real estate license not required, but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner.
• Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Process offers and counteroffers from buyers in a timely manner
• Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
• Support sales manager and sales team as appropriate
• Ability to establish relationships and work with multiple outside agents and attorneys
