6 Degrees Search is representing a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm seeking an Associate Attorney for its Dallas, TX Real Estate Practice Group. The role involves handling sophisticated real estate transactions, client counseling, and managing complex deals from start to finish.

Ideal candidates will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 2–4 years of real estate transaction experience including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, with strong drafting and negotiation

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closing processes.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, practical legal advice.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters for commercial and institutional clients.
