Qualifications

• 2–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, easements, and other real estate documents.
• Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and investments.
• Coordinate transactions from diligence through closing with clients and opposing counsel.
