Ideal candidates will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 2–4 years of real estate transaction experience including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, with strong drafting and negotiation

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closing processes.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, practical legal advice.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters for commercial and institutional clients.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 2-4 years of substantive experience withreal estate transactions, includingacquisitions,dispositions, andleasing
• Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Elevated attention to detail, with proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish
• Confident in managing client relationships and providing strategic, business-oriented legal counsel
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary:$235,000 – $295,000, as determined by experience and market factors
