You will draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents; perform due diligence; and advise on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, debt, and equity matters, working with premier

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 2-4 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
• Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Elevated attention to detail, ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish
• Confident in managing client relationships and providing strategic, business-oriented legal counsel
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
• Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closing processes
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, practical legal advice
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions
• Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters involving commercial and institutional clients

Compensation & Benefits
