The role focuses on sophisticated real estate transactions, with exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for a diverse, high-profile client base.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage complex deals from start to finish while nurturing client relationships.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Elevated attention to detail, with proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish.
• Confident in managing client relationships and providing strategic, business-oriented legal counsel.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closing processes.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, practical legal advice.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters involving commercial and institutional clients.
