Job summary

Jobtailor, a San Francisco-based firm, seeks an experienced transactional real estate attorney to draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and asset-management agreements. You will manage all stages of commercial transactions, perform due diligence, title and survey review, and oversee closings.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing transactional real estate law.
