The firm has a strong commercial real estate practice representing developers, owners, and investors across complex transactions involving acquisitions, development, financing, construction, leasing, and dispositions, with experience spanning industrial, multifamily, retail, office, and mixed-use projects.
The Real Estate Transactional Attorney will lead complex, high-value commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing. Working alongside a collaborative team of experienced attorneys, the successful candidate will have significant experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, debt and equity financing, and leasing matters while serving as a trusted advisor to regional and national clients.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $200,000–$320,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
