Job summary

Compass is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support real estate professionals by managing all compliance and administrative aspects of listings, transactions, and commissions. You will work closely with agents, lenders, attorneys, and title companies to ensure smooth closings and clear communication throughout the process.

The role emphasizes meticulous contract review, deadline tracking, and accurate record-keeping, with in-office work twice monthly across Florida offices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate transaction-processing, coordination, accounting, or payroll functions preferred.
• Familiarity with Florida real estate forms.
• Strong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract data.

Responsibilities

• Handle document tracking for a high volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements.
• Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and timely, with attention to detail.
• Manage and track contract deadlines to meet all timelines.
• Validate accuracy of compliance and commission records in company systems.
• Support Agents regarding commission payouts, deductions, and calculations.
• Collaborate with sales managers and support teams to provide outstanding agent support.
