Job summary

Compass Real Estate - Peninsula is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage the full compliance and administrative lifecycle of listings, transactions, and commissions. You will interact daily with agents and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and title companies to keep deals moving toward closing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in real estate transaction processing/coordination.
• Familiarity with Florida real estate forms.
• Strong written, quantitative, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to digest detailed contracts and maintain confidentiality.
• Work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle document tracking for real estate transactions from listing to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements.
• Ensure contracts are processed accurately and timely, focusing on details.
• Manage and track contract deadlines to meet all timelines.
• Validate accuracy of compliance and commission records in company systems.
• Provide support to Agents regarding commission payouts, deductions and calculations.
• Collaborate with sales managers and other teams to deliver excellent agent support.
